A light breeze touched their skin briefly, causing their hair to sway with it. Oh how it felt wonderful outside. The water was resembling glass, Kolby put forward his full attention towards Aliyah.
Chuckling a bit, he closed his eyes and stuck his tongue far out and wiggled it. Then he poked the lip ring and stuck his tongue back in his mouth and laughed.
"That thing? Tongue piercing, it's fun. Was a bloody scamp to get in and heal, but I like it. You have never seen one before, or something?"
Kolby did like his tongue piercing, though he was thinking of getting his lip pierced, but one piercing was enough.
Staring up in the sky he looked back down to Aliyah, noticing the strong interest in his tongue piercing and chuckled a bit, then he stretched a bit, his eyes closed, relaxing, awaiting a reply from the curious Slytherin.

She shook her head, with a small, nervous smile. She felt almost dumb for not seeing anything like that up close before she felt nervous, and vulnerable almost. But she kind of liked it she never really experienced the whole innocent state most younger people did.
"Nope, I've never seen one up close before. It's cute, but isn't it weird feeling?" She asked for some reason having a barbell in her mouth 24-7 just seems like it'd get in the way of things.
She laid back on the soft grass, starring up at the sky. It was gorgeous you could see so many more stars here than back in the city. They just seem to glow brighter there than anywhere else she's ever been.
She snuck a quick glance at Kolby a smile flirting with her features as she did so before she turned her attention back upward.

Viewing her nervous yet curious yet excited look about her face, Kolby just merely smiled back. His brilliant eyes fixing upon hers. His voice was cool when we replied:
"Oh, it's fine. The piercing is small enough, and sometimes bothers or gets sore depending on what I eat and if something gets it caught. It's usually nice. Especially with a bit of magic to help it out if something goes wrong." A big smile pops on his face randomly while his wand mysteriously appears out of nowhere when a small whispering occurred with a sly voice... murmuring Serpensortia!
A large snake bellowed out of Kolby's wand, it was brilliantly colored in a shade of darker green and small designs on it's scales resembling of a baby ball python. Indeed, it was. It was a harmless baby ball python but it was about four feet long. With another flick of the wand and a few murmurs, the snake danced a bit for the two Slytherins, all while Kolby's snakes on his shoes slithered and danced with the real snake. Another flick came and the snake fell asleep. Kolby smiled a warm smile towards the serpent.
"Another reason I believe I was chosen for Slytherin was my odd love for snakes. They are just fascinating. This is why I do not own a pet... I just conjure a few snakes here and there for company... I've been able to summon this one since he was a baby. So cute...
The grass covered the sleeping snake up, while Kolby appeared to be giving his attention back to Aliyah, only to discover a flirting smile being given his way. Kolby without thought threw back his own flirting smile, a strange feeling developing within his stomach. He never experienced this with anyone else before... he had lost words of what to say... not exactly sure how to combat this situation...

A smile passed through her lips as she rolled over onto her stomach to watch the snake. It truly was amusing, never seeing a snake do anything of the sort before. Even though she was in Slytherin she was a cat person, she doesn't like dogs only cats. Dogs where just...Dumb and cats where well smarter than a dog.
"I wish I had their flexability," she told him with a smile. "Have you really?" She had never been all to great with summoning. She was good with the basics but larger things like that where just not her deal.
She faced him on her stomach, her face resting in the palm of her hands as she just stared up at him, amalyzing him in a way. She couldn't exactly put her finger on it but there was something about this boy...

A cool voice replied, a bit flaunting. "Ah, yeah. He's a real sweet one, but he gets what he wants. Dead rats, baby mice, small birds, and whatever he wants." A dark smirk grew on his face. "I do rather enjoy the feasts I provide him and his act of eating. Truly dark and beautiful. Too bad he is full right now, it seems. I do wish I could speak to snakes..."
His love of snakes always led to his strong want into what they would be speaking and saying and thinking, how they did it, and their thoughts and ideas.
Smiling nicely towards Aliyah, his head grew a bit as he spoke. "Oh I love conjuring... transfiguration is also smashing, but Defense Against the Dark Arts class is riveting mainly due to the fact that I excel due to my knowledge of the Dark Arts... Knowing what you are exactly blocking is easier than just learning to block something you don't understand. Do you know the Three Unforgivable Curses?" Kolby asked innocently, he grew up around them, nor did he really view them as terrible. They were all part of human nature. Normal.
Looking from the snake back down to her, he noticed the look in her face, and Kolby too had the exact same look. I wonder what she is thinking...? Analyzing her as well, he was a bit stunned. Not knowing what to do or react, he kind of shyly slid his hand from his side slowly towards her but stopping half way, thinking it was too obvious. He blushed lightly and looked away a bit, over at the lake again... watching the water in all its dark beauty. Bats flew down towards it for water... the moon shimmering in its reflection. It was still acting as glass.

She smiled glancing over at it. "Spoiled, huh?" It would be kind of cool to speak to them. Be able to get into the mind of a different species would be thrilling.
She nodded completely understandable, that's why unspoken spells worked the best because you're practically throwing your opponent into the darkness, or at least that's what that filthy mudblood Granger said."Yes, I learned them last year. I've never actually used them but I know all about them. Avada Kedavra, Crucio, and Imperio." She recited, They weren't to terrible almost a necessary evil for war. Not any worse than muggles you hear about how they torture others, gut them and such. Avada Kedavra is quite fast and painless.
She broke eye contact with him, glancing down as she saw something move out of the corner of her eye. Looking down at his hand before back to him with a questioning look. What..?

Staring at the snake amused, his wand flicked again ever so sharply, three more snakes were summoned... A shrewd, dark voice replied to the younger Slytherin about the Unforgivable Curses. "Yes, that is more than correct... but has anyone in this bloody school performed these deeds? No."
His wand now pointed towards a black snake summoned, his eyes were dimming, as if resembling the soul within. If someone were to bring back these hexes, it would be the child that has been burdened ever so much by the people who used them on humanity. The wand flicked, and a sharp hiss came out of his mouth, as if trying to stab the snake... "Crucio!" It hit, the snake flew five feet in the air, smacked back down on the ground, and shook as if seizing, a slight noise coming from the snake. The other three present tried to run, until Kolby's wand flicked at all three, petrifying them all. Stunned, they watched as their comrade was being tortured. "Crucio!" Hissed again, this time lifting the spell. A dark smirk grew on his face, as with another flick and a moving of his hand, the one snake could move again, while the one being tortured was exhausted... until... "Imperio!" The snake that was given freedom was now under control by Kolby. His wand did motions as whispers flew rapidly out of Kolby's mouth... and in the flash of an eye, the snack bit into the black snake's neck. This controlled snake was none other than a rattlesnake, now causing the black snake to die. The other snake was a small anaconda, which was also put under the Imperius curse, and coiled and choked the rattlesnake. A cool voice arose from this violence.
"Pitiful." A wand lifted at the two snakes struggling. It was time to end this demonstration... "Avada Kedavra! Avada Kedavra! Avada Kedavra!" Three shots of deadly green hit all three snakes, causing an ensuring death. The black snake flew into the lake, the rattlesnake died while the anaconda flew into the air and landed with a thud.
"Destroy the evidence..."
Another wand swish, and the corpses caught on fire quickly and turned to ash within minutes. The ashes then were turned into necklaces. The snake in the lake would have been surely a meal by now.
Staring over at the baby ball python that was his friend, he erased its memory for the time given and let it free. Summoning a rat, the python quickly grabbed it and began to choke it and eat it.
Kolby gave a look over to Aliyah, tense emotions in the air... torture, control, and death of innocents. Kolby felt no remorse, on the contrary he felt excited and as if he had fun doing so.
A smirk grew on his face, a dark grave smirk, but the color soon brought back to his blue eyes. The air was still.
"Enjoy?"
Staring back to his hand, and back to Aliyah, he caught glimpse of her face. He looked away hastily. His emotions were running, he wanted to laugh, he wanted to scream, he wanted... something.. or things, yet did not know what.

She stared wide-eyed as she watched the snakes being tortured and forced to try and kill each other, She had never seen anything like this in her life before. Never had she seen any of the curses actually used on something. It was shocking and a little frightening to think that a small flick of your wand could do that to someone. Put them in so much pain that they can't even speak, let alone move. It was so terrible yet so intriguing at the same time.
She jumped with each killing curse he sent, not expecting it. Her eyes followed the snake as it flew into the water, her eyes transfixed on the spot as though she was in a daze. She didn't know what to do it fascinated her yet scared her at the same time. To think that someone might use those on her one day, to think that she might be that helpless. but she wouldn't be, the Order of The Phoenix and the people against Lord Voldemort would never use those type of spells, too harsh for them. So that was a fool-proof way to avoid getting hit by any of them. Just one more reason to join Voldemort..
"I-I'm not sure..." She muttered and she wasn't. She was no where near 100% sure.
She tore her eyes from the lake, glancing up to see him looking away. "Just what are you trying to do that you're so uncertain about?" She asked with a small smile, as though trying to comfort him into telling her.
