Pet: Cat - black with white patches- name Patches
Family: His blood family, he doesn't know. He was adopted by a wizard couple, who later in life told him his parents were wizards themselves, but that was about all they knew of them.
HIs adopted mom - Sarah and Carol Height.
Personality: He has a sweet loving personality. BUt at the same time on a bad day his words can hurt. He does have a conscience, but even despite that and his morals. He has ended up hurting people. He could never kill any one though. He hates the few times he does become overly upset and stressed and how he acts while in that state of mind, but he makes up for it later on. He looks out for everyone, sort of like a big brother. No matter what house they are in. He'd jump infront of someone that was being attacked b y magic and one day that could cost him his life.
though he is very sweet, and can be a gentlemen, you would never realize the type of dreams and ideas he comes up with. Though they mean nothing to him yet. He would never want anyone to have such vulgar, discusting dreams. HIs dreams are like everyone elses nightmares. so the bad ones are ten times worse. Instead of thinking much into them he uses them to help have a plan incase anything like in his dreams happens he would have a way out of a defense system.
Over all: He is very brave and yet very foolish. He love to make people laugh, but when it comes down to it don't mess with him.
Flaws: Girls, Getting along with certain professors, being too kind, temper, not as a patient
Past: He was put into a foster home, never met his parents. But he loves his foster parents like they are his own. When he was old enough, and the Hogwarts letter came, his parents told him that he was adopted and didn't know anything about his parents, except that his real mom didn't tell his real father she was pregnant and just went away. Due to the times with Voldemort, she thought it would be best to place the baby somewhere save. They also told him that that they weren't given any other information about the women, such as her name or who she said the father was, for safety reasons as if voldemort might be after the parents or himself.
He ended up going to school, and one day came across something during detention. Apparently he did something wrong, but didn't know what it was. While scrubbing the floors he noticed a small edge of paper sticking out from under a statue. When getting it out, he noticed it was a picture of some Gryffindor boys, old picture it looked like consisting of a James Potter, Remus Lupin, and Sirius Black, Lily Evans. HE couldn't help to notice that one of the boys seemed odly familiar, with his black hair . Black seemed to have similiar qualities to himself, but he ignored it and just kept the picture till he could find someone that might be related to one of them.
Currently he is still continuing school and trying to ignore the chaos around him. HE also is trying to just get through school with out inflicting or receiving any harm.
Sample Roleplay(At least two paragraphs & of your character):
He smiled slightly. Not a trait he picked up from his parents. Most likely his birth parents. He wasn't given a lot of detail about them, but it didn't matter. He knew who ever his birth father didn't know he existed and the 17 year old wasn't even sure if he was alive anymore. He knew that his mom gave him up for good reason, so he tried not to think much on finding his actual parents. HE was alive and that was all that matter. " Hello there" Girls could be a troubling subject to him at times, but for the most part you could describe Charles as a bit of a flirt.
He watched the girl turn her head and then back towards her friend as they continued to walk. He just continued to smile and waited for the short laughter he knew would follow soon. SOon enough there was a slight sound of laughter. He smirked under his breath and continued his way back to the castle.

If you don't like the connection to the Sirius idea .. then just tell me and I'll change it.
I just figure Sirus black and to have some sort of love life at one time, maybe not married.. but still.. enough to have a child he didn't know about. With being the one who tried to protect James and Lily.. and the fact there is now a character on here that is supposedly Volds daughter it seemed it would help with the plot.. Of course he doesn't know that Sirius is his father but the picture of him and the others he found.. sirius looks just like him.
