"What I wouldn't give to be able to go there," said Charlotte with a contented sigh. She loved travel, and observing different cultures. It gave her the opportunity to grow in ways that books were unable to assist her with. It was the best feeling in the world. Unfortunately, she had not been able to experience too much of that. After graduation she planned on studying abroad in several different locations. "It must have been wonderful there. A lot better than all the dismal weather around here." Charlotte added. It was true, England was notorious for cloudy and cold weather with frequent rain.
