Special abilities? Job Claims? etc..

I was looking around the site and I noticed that you don't have any special abilities or anything. You know like, Animagi(8)
werewolfs(2)
half-vampires(2)
full vampires(3)
half veela(2)
full veela(2)
Parlsetongue(4)
Occlumens(4)
Legilimens(4)
Metamorphasus(3)
Seer(4)
and all that.
Now, I was thinking that there could be a limit on all of them because most are very rare to have and what not. The numbers next to them are how many people that we should let be that. Ican be in charge of the thread and keeping up with all of that if you want. It's not a problem at all.

Then also, in order to keep from everyone signing up. I think it should be if you are a fifth or sixth year student or older. Here's a code that I've seen a lot of people use. Just so that people can have a good reason for wanting the ability.

Second, Job claims. Maybe a thread were all the jobs that are out there can be put and then who works were maybe. That way then it's easier for everyone to maybe pick what job they want and then we know who is all working where and so forth.
