Cause I don't wanna miss
Aliyah finally made it to the Three Broomsticks, shivering. It had to be the coldest day of the year! They should give us an extra day since you can't exactly enjoy yourself when it's this cold and windy... she thought to herself. A Pink tinge was swept across her pale cheeks from the cold, Her neck was hidden behind a large Black scarf with matching mittens. She made her way to the bar, pushing people roughly out of her way as she did so. She didn't care she was cold and wanted to get warmer. Now.
A single Autumn eveing
She ordered a firewhiskey from the bar, sure it was strong but it would warm her up. And That's what she wanted and Aliyah was not one to like to wait for results if she did something she wanted to see the outcome right then and there. Good or Bad. She gulped it, feeling the warmth travel through her. No, she was not a butter-beer kind of girl. If she was going to drink, she was going to drink.
Here with you like this
Her eyes scanned the small, but always packed pub. Sneering as her eyes fell on a table of Gryffindors, is that all that was bloody in here? Save for a few Hufflepuff's and the scattered Ravenclaws. Not one person she might be able to get along with? Damn, she really was going to end up drinking tonight she thought as she finished off the firewhisky and turned to order another.
I don't wanna miss

Another day during, possibly the coldest one that year. Draco was shivering while he spent some time in the Shrieking Shack. He went there to think for a while and for one thing...be away from Pansy and the goons known as Crabbe and Goyle. Clearly, the boy never got any privacy and needed some. Finally, after having the alone time he needed Draco got up and left the Shack.
The wind was blowing terribly and messed up his platinum blond hair a bit. However, Malfoy didn't care about that at the moment. He was looking for the Three Broomsticks to chill for a while. Wrapping the scarf tightly around his neck, Malfoy entered the pub. Glancing around his eyes landed on a couple of Ravenclaws, Hufflepuffs. Much to his dislike there were many Gryffindors. Groaning slightly Draco walked up the pub to order a firewhiskey. He noticed a fellow Slytherin drinking at the bar. Smirking he walked up to her with his drink. "Be careful with that, don't want to carry you all the way back." He snorted before sitting next to her.

Out of the corner of her light eyes she caught sight of Platinum and her eyes traveled down to find no other than the infamous Draco Malfoy. Finally! Someone to talk to! She thought. She was beginning to become quiet bored with this place, other than the constant glares she shot back to the Gryffindors this place was throughly un-entertaining.
She laughed at Draco's words, taking another drink. "One thing that I can promise you, Draco, is that I can hold my liqour." It was the truth, Aliyah was deffinatly a partier. She loved it. If you had a party, you better expect to see her there, she was never one to throw her own though. But deffinatly one to go to everyone she knew of. "Do you honestly think I'd believe that you'd carry me back up to the school?" She questioned a smile growing on her face.

Draco looked around to see a few people glancing over at them. He glared and sneered at them before turning his attention to the drink. In one gulp, Malfoy had drunk it and instantly felt the warmth traveling in his body. He out the glass down and ordered another. He couldn't get enough of firewhiskey it was the best drink other than butterbeer. However that was a little light to his taste. Draco liked strong, the ones that burn your throat.
He chuckled slightly when Aliyah said she could hold on the liquor. Nonetheless he ignored that statement. It didn't take her long to speak again. Draco turned his attention back at her and noticed a smile playing on her face. "True I wouldn't carry you, I'd just use the levitation charm. I don't want to get tired." He said smirking before his drink arrived once again.

"So lazy..." She murmured, finishing her drink. As she watched him do the same. "Where are your little followers?" She asked it was very odd to see Draco without Crabbe and Goyle following him. It was just weird to see any of them without the others. "And the stalker?" She added, reffering to Pansy. She's in the same year as all of them so she knew just how badly Pansy wanted him and how equally badly Draco didn't. It was truly fun to watch sometimes.
Her and Draco really never got to talk, even though they knew of eachother for 5 years they never actually sat down with eachother before. Just because it was difficult with Pansy costantly around. There was no way any other girl but her could get Draco's attention for a minute without her having something dreadful to say about them, to there face or not.

Draco finished his drink once again and decided it was enough for now. Her attention caught him off guard that he nearly choked on the firewhiskey. He caughed slightly before answering. "I ditched Crabbe and Goyle at Honeydukes. Just as I opened the door they ran in for the first time in their lives. So, I thought it was the perfect time to be alone." Draco answered her before glancing around. He shivered when Aliyah said stalker.
He was making sure that Pansy didn't follow him. Malfoy tried to get away from her, but was unable to. However, he did somehow with a little help. "Well...it was hard to get away from...her. I convinced Millicent to drag her to some stores. She didn't accept it until I gave her a few galleons." He explained hoping the girls weren't done with their shopping.

"For someone reason that doesn't surprise me." Actually what would have surprised her is if Crabbe and Goyle didn't run in. Those two where constantly eating. Almost that that Gryffindor pig, Weasley, filthy blood traitor... She let out a small laugh when she saw how pabicy he got when she even hinted towards pansy, his eyes widened, looking around. "She deffinatly wants you." She pointed out.
"If you want to stay away from her so bad then why don't we leave?" It was more fool-proof to leave the Three Broomsticks, she was bound to come in here looking for him sometime. So why not move around a bit? Not sit in one place for too long. It only seemed smart to her.

Draco snorted when she pointed out that Pansy wanted him. He knew he shouldn't of asked her to the Yule Ball last year. She got too clingy and it was getting irritating since then. Pansy didn't even give him a chance to breath. He sighed before turning back to Aliyah. Draco somehow found her idea to be a good one. He raised an eyebrow at her founding it amusing.
"Right...where do you suggest we leave? I just came back from the Shrieking Shack and hesitating on going in any of the shops." He said then a thought came into his mind. "Mind going at the entrance to see where she is or if she's heading this way? If she is then we can escape from the back I know how." Draco explained his idea hoping it made sense.

Anything to get away from her... She thought with a smirk. Standing up, tossing a few slightly wavy, dark locks over her shoulder before she began to straighten her skirt. "Yeah, I'd stay away from the shops if I was you. I just don't want to be in the cold for too long." She murmured before looking back up, Her bright eyes locking onto his.
She broke the small conection, heading towards the door. Sneering at everyone she walked by. Pushing a young Gryffindor out of her way, roughly, sending him into a table. She finally made her way through the crowd, going up on her tip-toes so she could peer out the small hole in the door.

Draco mimicked her smirk while watching her straighten her outfit. To him, Aliyah wasn't that bad looking. However, he wasn't looking for a girlfriend. Malfoy was the ultimate player and if he did like a girl which was rarely...He would rather be friends with them to not hurt them. Unfortunately that never happened. Sighing Draco said nodding slightly "Fine, make it quick then...for your own sake."
His eyes followed her and as she sneered at everyone she passed. He snickered then smirked approvingly once Aliyah shoved a small Gryffindor out of her way sending the student to a table. Draco waited till she arrived at the door and looked through it cautiously. He was never the patient type and started to tap his foot. "Bloody woman! Hurry up."

She turned to him, going back down from her toes. "Excuse me?" She questioned, one of her eyebrows raised. "If I remember correctly I'm looking to save your ass, from Pansy. Not exactly who I want to get in the way of and would rather avoid her." She reminded. "I could just let you walk out right now into her bloody arms." She told with a smirk, which was actually quiet an entertaining idea.
But sadly it wouldn't work out because Pansy was no where to be found. "It looks like her friend did a good job, keeping her occupied." She told him with a sigh before pushing the door open into the artic weather that waited for them. She tugged on his arm, motioning for him to follow.

Draco rolled her eyes at her statement. He wasn't the type that says thank you or sorry so he kept his mouth shut. However, his expression changed to cold and he glared at her. "You would do no such thing!" Draco threatened before getting up himself and walked towards the door to see if Pansy was around. But before he was able to do so, Aliyah cut him off by saying Parkinson wasn't there.
Draco let his infamous smirk play on his lips triumphantly. "Well she should, I gave them enough galleons to by a new wardrobe." He exclaimed. He turned his attention back to her when she felt a tug on his arm. "Fine, let's go." Draco wrapped his scarf tightly around his neck before exiting the Three Broomsticks not bothering to let Aliyah to get out first like a gentleman would.

"Oh but I would..." She murmured. Smiling slightly as she saw him tense, boy would he be fun to play with. She rolled her eyes, of course the Malfoys could always throw around money like it was nothing. And honestly, did Pansy need to bloody money either?
She sneered, pushing him forward lightly for not letting her out first. Actually he cut her off. "You're such a sweetheart," She murmured, sarcasticaly. Not that she actually expected Draco to let her through first but, it would have been a nice idea. Then again, could she name one nice thing Draco has done in the last 5 years? No, well depends, nice in who's books.

Draco sighed once outside catching as much fresh air as possible. Winter was his favorite season. It reflected his personality and expression: cold and bitter. He loved it and smirked at the sight of snow on the ground. He felt being pushed forward lightly and snapped "Don't you dare push me again!" Draco straightened himself and patted his shoulder noticing a couple of water drops on it.
He smirked at what Aliyah had said. "Of course, I am. That's why the women adore me." Draco stated proudly while glancing around. He hadn't spotted a pug face yet which he was glad. "Where do you reckon we go?" He asked trying to find a place or store.

"Oh yeah, Malfoy. All the women adore you. I honestly wouldn't count Pansy as all the women," She stated, she loved tearing down ego's or a t least putting in an effort to."Hell, I wouldn't even count that as a woman." She added, after a though. She walked up next to him, "No idea, school's quite dreadful. But then again, majority of this place is dreadful too."
Just then a student walked by whom she knew was a mudblood, "Just look at what they let roam around here." She pointed out with a disgusted look on her face. "Aren't you Draco Malfoy? You usually do all the thinking and don't exactly follow. That's what Crabbe, Goyle and Pansy where for. but then again, feel free to prove me wrong."
